Gre shorter length nuno felted merino wool popp scarf

Fine layers of natural grey (undyed) merino wool fibres have been nuno felted onto a silk chiffon base fabric to create this scarf. Nuno felting is a cess that causes the wool fibres to migrate through the silk and bind with it. A bright red poppy design has been added to one side prior to felting with the reverse felted but left plain. The resulting scarf is super soft and lightweight, perfect for wear in all seasons.

This is a shorter length scarf measuring ap ximately 132cm x 31cm, perfect for draping around the neck and shoulders but can be tied at the neck in a simple knot for extra warmth if required. Perfect for a cool summer evening and equally as suitable on a cold winter day. The scarf will arrive wrapped in pretty floral tissue paper making it an ideal gift. Perfect as a 7th wedding anniversary "woollen" gift or any other occasion. Full washing instructions and a short description of the nuno felting cess are included.

Hand wash in warm water.
